Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, changes of mind, or personal preferences.

Please review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Email us at claritycultureco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
